Anyone who has dealt with High-Tech Membrane Roofing will know that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do. With this in mind, we ask for feedback about our service.
From the moment of your first call through to final installation, we want to ensure that you are looked after every step of the way. And it’s not just about the ‘big’ things, such as value for money; it’s those smaller but equally important factors such as time-keeping and courtesy that also have an impact on your overall experience that we also want to know about.
Every time a customer has a membrane roof installed by High-Tech, we ask them to provide us feedback.
