The HomePro Value Plus will be purchased on your behalf. Being it is a fully paid-up underwritten policy will mean under no circumstances can the policy ever lapse. Please note the insurance industry are consistently changing guarantee periods. At the moment of time of writing the maximum period of time available for a paid-up policy is ten years.

We are licensed installers for the highly acclaimed Sarnafil membranes, Cefil single-ply and, our preferred system, the Protan anti-slip PVC single-ply flat roof system.

Trusted on Trust A Trader and Check A Trade, we are licensed Protan installers, Sarnafil assured, and Danosa registered. Our Protan system comes with a 20-year warranty, while Protan and Sarnafil single-ply flat roofing membranes have a 40-year BBA life expectancy certificate.

Our titanium dioxide top layer reflects sunlight, providing superior UV protection without the need for stone chippings, solar paint, or other coatings. A unique lacquer keeps the surface maintenance-free and resistant to moss, algae, and airborne pollutants.

The membrane is anti-slip, fully walkable, and UV-resistant for all climates. Maintenance-free, it never blisters, cracks, or becomes brittle, while remaining 100% resistant to moss and algae growth.

Membranes are fixed over a separation fleece barrier, giving total protection against wind uplift. No glues, resins, or temperature limits are required, and every fixing point is fusion welded for permanent waterproofing.

All joints are fusion welded for the strongest, permanent seal, offering superior protection around complex areas compared to other systems.

Steel-reinforced trims and prime-sealed upstands are fixed into brickwork, allowing for building movement while guaranteeing a fully sealed upstand. Unlike traditional lead or sealant flashings, these details are virtually fail-proof.

Mechanically fixed metal trims coated with membrane are fusion welded to create a 100% watertight, storm-resistant edge. The roof finish will never blister, crack, lift, or warp, delivering the strongest seal possible.
