For each of our jobs, no matter how large or small, we send a team of experienced installers and even a small job will take most of the day, with removing your current roofing, installing your new single-ply membrane and then clearing up afterwards. All of our installers are covered by insurances to protect you and your property in case of any accident, but these and other overheads do have to be considered when pricing up every project.
There are times when we are unable to help prospective customers because their job is simply too small for them to consider us as a financially viable option. However, what you may not realise is that High-Tech Membrane Roofing is happy to combine your flat roofs into one job. For example, you may have a porch roof that is dire need of attention, as well as a garage roof that is starting to look a little worse for wear. Rather than waiting another year and putting off the inevitable, why not combine the two and have your property’s flat roofs replaces at the same time? There is no additional charge for the fact that you have multiple roofs – your quote will be based on the materials and labour required.
